E.A.S.T. Complex provides personal training in Itasca, helping you build habits you’ll keep for life. After all, becoming a different person means doing things with which you may not be comfortable at first.

A good personal trainer is part coach, part cheerleader, part kinesiologist, part physicist, and part fan.

We’d like to think we know more about building habits and creating workouts you’ll love more than anyone else.

These days, we find ourselves doing a lot of things that others won’t – hey, everyone gets comfortable – and we keep pushing ourselves to find new techniques for our clients. We’re comfortable being uncomfortable. Everyone needs a coach!

Your path to self-betterment starts with a Bright Spots session: what are you already doing right? How can we use those Bright Spots to leverage improvement…how can we help you get used to success?

Key to the perfection of technique and effective scaling of workouts is the Coach. E.A.S.T. Trainers are the best in the northwest suburbs; all hold a minimum 4-year degree and some hold advanced degrees (Master of Kinesiology, Doctor of Physiotherapy.)

More importantly: they love coaching. They love helping people progress. If they won the big lotto jackpot tonight, they’d all be here tomorrow, doing this for free.

On ramp are 30 min one on one sessions that teach foundational movements and form to keep you comfortable and safe in class.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE

We are professional coaches. Our job is to build athletes.
Our fitness is broad–we place equal emphasis on speed, strength, agility, flexibility, stamina and balance–and we keep things fun. Kids and teens WANT to come to E.A.S.T. Complex, and it shows.

Our workouts are made to be skill-based, challenging and progressive.

Kids in our Junior Varsity (7-12) program can “graduate” up to Senior Varsity (13-17) by completing three levels of testing. Kids in Senior Varsity can progress to Varsity Sport after a year and other testing. Most don’t care to move up early, and that’s fine; but for those who do, levels testing serves as a “belt system” that rewards excellence in movement. Not speed, not strength, but proficiency.
